FAQ
What do I need to use Play View?
A PS4 or PS5 with Remote Play enabled, an Apple device (iPhone, iPad, or Vision Pro), and both on the same Wi-Fi for local play.
Why can't the app find my console?
Make sure your PlayStation is on (not rest mode for first setup), both devices are on the same Wi-Fi, and Remote Play is enabled. Try restarting both devices if issues persist.
How do I get the registration PIN?
On PS5: Settings → System → Remote Play → Link Device. On PS4: Settings → Remote Play Connection Settings → Add Device. The PIN expires after 5 minutes.
Can I play over the internet outside my local network?
This feature is currently a work in progress and may not work as intended. Sign in with your PSN account in the Account Setup to try it out.
